Trip to Vigo, Spain
This is the first post of a new kind of entries in my blog
As I’ve been hired full time by GMV in Valladolid, now I will travel quite a lot on business trips and I want to write down somewhere the info of the hotels I’ve been in and my impressions, to have it as a guide for the next time I will be going to that place
So, for this first entry I will talk about Vigo, a city in the north western coast of Spain very close to the Portuguese border.
- Hotel: Coia. Nice room with two beds, a couch and a little terrase. Big bathroom. Internet access on demand.
- Meal: Parador de Baiona. We had a wonderful dinner in this beautiful fortress by the sea. It is a very expensive place but worth the visit. They have a reproduction of one of the ships that Columbus used on his first trip to America. We didn’t have time to see it, but from the bus it looked really tiny.
The congress center is just in front of the airport. If you follow the directions from Tomtom software, you will end up lost in the middle of Vigo.
