On average stuff
Management often works to maintain the status quo, to deliver average products to average people.

Good enough
Good enough stopped being good enough a long time ago. So why not be great?

Review: Tribes by Seth Godin
I have just finished reading the book Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us by Seth Godin and I have to say that I enjoyed it a lot.
In the begining I was a little bit upset because the book was not telling me anything I didn’t know, but as I kept reading I realised that there were many thought provoking statements that made the reading experience a very enjoyable one. I took some quotes from the book that I will be posting in the blog, because I think they are worth reading and reflecting over them, and what we can do in order to change, for the better, how we spend our life.
The world we live in today, can provide all the tools we need to change things around us. We just need to overcome the fear of failure and by leading the change we will be able to initiate something remarkable.
The largest enemy of change and leadership isn’t a “no”. It’s a “not yet”. Change almost never fails because it’s too early. It almost always fails because it’s too late.
That is why we need to lead the change, and start now. If we do it well, the tribe will gather around and support us in our quest.
